As we take a moment to reflect on 2024, it was exciting to witness a significant rise in hybrid and in-person AGM formats. We personally delivered a total of 736 live events with 650 of those events utilising our conference call capabilities. The importance of early engagement with event organizers and venue bookings cannot be overstated. Securing your preferred venue early ensures a seamless and successful AGM experience.
During this busy period, we observed some clients missing out on their desired venues due to late bookings, which resulted in working in venues with less sophisticated technology options. To avoid such pitfalls, we highly recommend early planning and booking to reserve your ideal venue. This also ensures that our teams can accommodate all necessary AV setups and rehearsals well in advance of the season.
Furthermore, we noticed that some clients booked venues for their AGM without accounting for essential rehearsal or AV setup time. It is our priority to ensure that your event is meticulously planned, with ample time allocated for both AV preparations and executive team rehearsals. By provisioning the room, the day prior and ensuring the technology is available for the rehearsals, the board can be well-prepared and relaxed, while our technology teams have the show pre-set, reducing risks and ensuring flawless execution at the AGM.
