We continue to see an increase year on year in companies opting to hold hybrid meetings. 2024 saw another incremental jump of 2.5% on the previous year with a 1.6% increase recorded for the year of 2023, proving that clients are increasingly favouring this format for its flexibility with the intent to enhance participation and engagement. As we continue to innovate within this space, the hybrid model is poised to become the gold standard for meetings into the foreseeable future.

Additionally, some companies still prefer the reliability and simplicity of in-person meetings. There is often a strong sense of formality and tradition they wish to continue when deciding to host an in-person meeting. We also see some issuers looking to take their meeting to the next level by incorporating a webcast only component into their meeting. This balanced approach enables companies to embrace modern technology while maintaining the traditional aspects of an in-person meeting. The additions of integrating elements such as live streaming and interactive Q&A sessions help to create a more dynamic and inclusive experience without committing to a true hybrid format.
