AGM Snapshot

Welcome to our 2025 AGM Snapshot

Each year, MUFG Corporate Markets, a division of MUFG Pension & Market Services bring together the insights, trends and observations shaped through our work across events, meeting management, investor engagement and proxy campaigns. This Snapshot reflects what we’ve seen throughout the 2025 AGM season, the progress being made across the market, the challenges issuers continue to navigate, and the opportunities emerging as expectations evolve.

Across this year’s season, we saw continued growth in digital participation, with more issuers adopting online voting channels and integrating technology to support transparent, accessible and confident meetings. Engagement with investors and industry bodies remained strong, and we continued to contribute to key consultations and forums helping to shape the future design of AGMs across Australia, New Zealand and global markets.

We are grateful to our clients for choosing MUFG Corporate Markets to deliver your AGMs whether in-person, hybrid, or supported by our virtual meeting and streaming technology. Your partnership enables us to refine our services and support meeting experiences that are resilient, inclusive and aligned to the needs of today’s shareholders.

As planning begins for the year ahead, your Relationship Management team will be in touch to prepare for your 2026 meeting, ensuring you are set up for another successful AGM season.

Thank you for your continued trust and collaboration.
